Shipping policy

We will always ship asap, generally next business day if the item is Ready to Ship (RTS).  Shipping times for custom orders are 1 to 7 business days.  Please be sure you confirm your shipping address is correct at check out.  We will not be responsible if shipped to the address you provide and that is not the correct address, since the Resident of the address is not required to return or send any packages or mail back.  (It's sad!)
